After you put in all of your information, donation amount, name, address, credit card #, etc, it will take you to a Review your Donation Page. On that page, in the left column opposite the donation amount there is a link that says, “Add Special Instructions to Seller,” they just need to click that and put “For the SA Youth Summit” in that box and then we will know.
